License tagging for Image:Jude Stringfellow.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Jude Stringfellow.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

I have added this article as a candidate for speedy deletion for the same two reasons as the last time it was deleted. In case you are unaware, Wikipedia has a policy against autobiographies, and I would implore you to read that page. As to your comments on an older edit of that page where you ask if "Carlo [is] a Wikipedia police:" he's actually a Wikipedia administrator, and although he may not have personally sought out your article, he probably saw it on the list of articles to be deleted, and went ahead and confirmed it. — HelloAnnyong [ t · c ] 04:06, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. I removed the speedy deletion template from this article, but it will still face serious challenges for survival. I'd be glad to help, but only if you're willing to work within the parameters of this project. I understand full well that coming to grips with the various policies here can be difficult, but there are some that you should familiarize yourself with. First, you should make no further edits to the article yourself. I am offering to act as your proxy in this matter, a dispassionate third party. If there is something more that you want to add, then you should work through me (or another editor). Why? Because writing encyclopedic articles about yourself is highly discouraged and implies a conflict of interest. The article, as it stands, does not appear to satisfy Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I suggest that you read them carefully, because it's vital that you provide verifiable sources to establish any claims to notability. I am not sure that one feature on Oprah (was it you, or just your book) is enough to satisfy that. If you have received any significant press coverage and can cite that, that is the best way to go. The assumptions you make are amazing. I didn't BLANK out Carlo. Someone using my username may have. I'm a teacher too, and I have more than 100 little hackers that do things without my knowledge. I don't care if I'm on WIKI but it was really lame of the administrators to say who gets on and who doesn't based on whether or not someone can move around on the site or not. I'm a busy woman. I have just joined the National Speakers Association and have places to go to talk about positive moves, I'm not about to BLANK someone out, nor am I going to argue with the WIKI people as to who is notable and who isn't. I'm fine. I have my success and I know who I am. I am impressed that you would like to help. I can give you any answers you want, but really, I'm OK with not being on WIKI if it means bowing to someone or kissing tail. I have sold more than 50,000 copies of one book, and 20,000 of another - and in a few weeks when my dog is picked up for a movie - I'm sure this Carlo character will be first in line to add me back on as her trainer, guardian, and LINK to her site. That's all it was, a link. Dang, it's as if you want someone to be a notable author in terms of being popular. That's not notable, notable is selling more than 5000 copies. - As "an encyclopedia that anyone can edit" and one of the 10 most visited sites on the internet, I honestly hope you would understand the need to have guidelines on what makes it onto the site and what doesn't. These aren't any one person's ideas or conventions. This is a project and a community and folks try to better the project. My idea of bettering it might have little to nothing to do with your idea of bettering it or Carlos' idea of bettering it. That's why this operates at least in part as a collective. Compared against some things that I have seen survive, your article should certainly stay. That's my opinion, but I'm just one person. Carlos is just one person. Regarding my assumptions, as you call them, someone using your user account did blank that page. The natural assumption is that it was you. If you think your account has been compromised, I suggest changing your password or making sure you log out. Regardless, the acerbic nature of your comments border on the uncivil and I don't understand the hostility, to be frank. But to each their own. I have tried to help you.
