If you look at the existing key people entries in the Wates Group infobox, you will see that they are supported by references. If you are changing those names then you will also need to change the references.

Also worth noting is Wikipedia's polices on conflict of interest and paid editing - WP:COI. If you work for the company it would be much better for you to suggest the changes on the article's talk page (complete with supporting references still) and another editor will make the change for you. 10mmsocket (talk) 09:10, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
