Your edit summary on Andrew Tate[edit]

Although the article originated using American English, some British English spelling has crept in. Your edits were fine but please be aware of the difference in spellings across the globe. It's rather insulting to state 'learn to spell' when the differences are cultural rather than spelling errors. WP:SPELLING might assist you. Hope this helps, Knitsey (talk) 05:34, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

For clarity, I reverted your edit where you called Andrew Tate "handsome" because it is not an objective description of the photo. Please see WP:AESTHETIC. EvergreenFir (talk) 15:59, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Further to the above, when an experienced editor reverts you, with a link to a policy or guideline, the correct response would be to read the linked article and to then possibly engage on the talk page, rather than reverting them with no edit summary. That's called edit warring, and will get you a block. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 19:21, 19 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Reporting @Juli Wolfe. Thank you. JustarandomamericanALT (talk) 19:54, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! @JustarandomamericanALT thank you for letting me know about this. I'm currently clueless on how this happened, I simply was editing how I usually do on Wikipedia trying to make it better (you can see my prev contributions) how I usually do. But it appears to be someone that was upset I edited something incorrect on an article and got upset at it and starting using personal attacks on me about it.. What are the next steps on what I do to clear this because I didn't do nothing wrong, do I just ignore the Reporting @Julie Wolfe thread? Juli Wolfe (talk) 01:50, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Juli Wolfe,
I know it's unnerving to be summoned to a noticeboard. I've been editing here for 10 years and it has happened to me several times and it still makes me anxious. But editors seem to agree that the complaint had no basis so I would try to "shake it off" and just continue the good work you have been doing here. Discussions on noticeboards can be unpredictable but this one demonstrated that editors can see through the rhetoric and spot whose judgment is accurate and who is exaggerating and just feeling offended. A valid criticism (like some comments made to you above this thread) generally refer to policy that needs to be followed and are trying to help you be a better editor, not banished from the project. Good faith prevailed and I hope you can put this past you. Liz Read! Talk! 05:39, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, it is customary to notify the article creator anytime you tag a page for deletion (CSD, PROD, AFD/RFD/CFD/etc.). I encourage you to learn to use Twinkle to do all of your deletion tagging and set up your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator". Then when you tag a page, Twinkle will post the notification on your behalf. It's just a consideration to content creators so that they can participate in the process. Thank you. Liz Read! Hey Liz! Thank you for letting me know about that and now I have a lot better understanding of this in the future, I truly appreciate it. Juli Wolfe (talk) 07:44, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry[edit]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Juli Wolfe. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  firefly ( t · c ) 14:32, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Juli Wolfe,
I'm sorry that you didn't trust the community to come to the appropriate decision in that AFD and that you resorted to sockpuppetry. You are fortunate to receive a limited time block but should this happen again, you can expect an indefinite block. Learn from this experience. Liz Read! Talk! 23:12, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Liz, yes this whole entire situation that I am in is very new to me as I felt very mistreated targeted by certain users (specifically one) (which I will further explain more below..) But I would like to clarify and own up to the fact that I didn't know fully what "sockpuppetry" was and what I did was wrong. And to be honest with you bottom of my heart I had no idea what this was until today reading and educating myself on it all day and if I did know what this was and how it is against the rules, I would have NEVER done it at all. If I knew exactly what it was I was doing which was strictly against the rules which it is now very clear to me what it is and what I did was not within policies I will admit I messed up, you live and you learn.. I know and as you know I will have to suffer the consequences and do the time once the block period is done which I am owning up to. But Liz, after my two week sentencing I will be doing an investigation on another the user that did this to me who is the creator of both the Luca Schnetzler & Pudgy Penguins article because I believe he also had some form of connection as well of going under another account and sockpuppeting me making very outlandish claims saying statements trying to vandalize my user page right here and vandalizing my user page seen here saying they can "Literally get me off of Wikipedia" for simply contributing then creating this thread seen here under here accusing me for harm when I NOTHING wrong! Reporting @Juli Wolfe This is what started this whole thing.. I'm alleging that someone who is associated with the creation of the article did this and created a separate account to "attempt" and get me banned. Proof: newly user @Yfjr (who is now indefinitely banned for targeting me) Made copyrighted images and edits on March 8 and March 9 for the Pudgy Penguins page & Luca Schnetzler page that was created March 1st 2024 account "Within the same week of being a new account??? Veryy unusal behavior.." How would a new user account know how to find and do only edits on him in a newly created page to add images to a page? Strange. And when I reviewed everything and the sources and citations and noticed something was off I fairly nominated it as a discussion (yes I now know to notify creator). And tagged it potential undisclosed payments and then that's when that same user @Yfjr decided it was a good idea to try to vandalize my userpage and proceed to troll calling me "clown" and bragging about since he makes a bunch of donations to wikipedia he can enforce who can and cannot be on the website. You can read the third line here. Then thought it was a good idea to create and go and log out and make further comments under this IP: 2001:1970:4DA3:D300:0:0:0:7C56 his contributions here. So all this is telling me ok.. If this "new" individual is so advance and knows the whole way around and defending this one page so much it would be no other than the creator of the Luca Schnetlzer page. Because even for more receipts and evidence to show it is likely him is because under this vandal he said under my userpage "If you try to delete "MY ARTICLES" I'll literally have you removed from Wikipedia." Which article was I trying to remove? All I was doing was a fair discussion as to why a lot of the the cited sources that I went over in the Discussion for deletion are literally not reliable and he got mad. And then to top it off because I literally have all this evidence right after me getting blocked he IMMEDIATELY deleted the deletion tag that other Wikipedia user had to undo it seen here This is literally everything speculating that it is most likely him, look at his user talkpage here other users noticed what he did too! And to top this all of Liz, he KNEW what he was doing I on the another had had NO CLUE as far as the sock puppeting because although I now know I can't do that I wasn't creating another account for bad scummy malicious intent it was only for discussion, him on the other hand was! And I don't like the fact that this user is off the hook after targeting me, who's to tell he hasn't done this to someone else?! That would be quiet infuriating Liz. But yeah, I apologize this was very long but I had to let you everything in detail Liz, thank you for educating me and I truly respect it. And although I know I am currently blocked if even you could look into it for me and see if that was the user that was making those remarks against me to where I had to do all of this to defend myself would be great because this is an absolutely and utterly asanine situation. Juli Wolfe (talk) 01:18, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And his talkpage he just deleted it.. hmm when the editors caught him: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ADIVINE&diff=1216107791&oldid=1216107758
Here's more evidence: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ADIVINE&diff=1216107758&oldid=1216040812
Please someone look more into this for me and get some answers if you can, if he is sockpuppet under these users: @Yfjr and IP's: 2001:1970:4DA3:D300:0:0:0:7C56 Thanks. @CambridgeBayWeather @Philipnelson99 @Liz Juli Wolfe (talk) 04:55, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hey @Bhivuti45 I noticed that you left a message to the user @DIVINE underneath his talk page. Could you watch him because I notice he has been doing a lot suspicious activity these past days as far as editing things and trying to cover things up.. If you could read above what I written here under "Blocked for sockpuppetry" (which I know may be a lot but is worth it) but will explain a lot about this specific user he seems to have been allegedly creating multiple articles for people for undisclosed payments like Luca Schnetzler & Pudgy Penguins. As well as other users catching him attempting to delete deletion tags under articles he created, Thanks. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ADIVINE&diff=1216107791&oldid=1216107758 Juli Wolfe (talk) 19:44, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
More evidence by user: DIVINE seen here invalidly closing Afd discussions which is inapt for WP:NACINV @Bhivuti45 definitely be on the lookout for him. Juli Wolfe (talk) 19:52, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This[1] is surely problematic. I have not looked at everything yet so I would advise you to open a new topic at WT:WPSPAM with these specific diffs. Regards, Bhivuti45 (talk) 19:55, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hey there! Yes indeed it is there's definitely a lot going on but I will happily look into that. :) Juli Wolfe (talk) 19:59, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But just be careful he I heard "allegedly" he "tries" to go under different accs/IPs to do the dirty work to us editors as to why I am now into this 2 week sentencing block for sockpuppetry. Juli Wolfe (talk) 20:07, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Under no circumstances, you can use an alternative account without disclosing it. If you really need an alternate account, you have to state the reason and also mention the username on your userpage.
Regarding Yfjr, I believe it is a sock so I have reported it. If you have any evidences on or off Wikipedia then you may share here. Regards, Bhivuti45 (talk) 21:11, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Here's also an IP address, of more evidence he when the same individual thought it was a good idea to logout create and make further comments under this IP: 2001:1970:4DA3:D300:0:0:0:7C56 his contributions here. Saying inappropriate comments like "You deserve to be banned" "You are a literal danger to this platform" same person that said "Because I make donations to Wikipedia, I can get you literally banned off of Wikipedia" seen here. All of this if found guilty definitely should qualify as an indefinite ban. Juli Wolfe (talk) 23:08, 29 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And there he goes reverting the Pudgy Penguins article back, seen here Juli Wolfe (talk) 02:41, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Gravedancing[edit]

Hello Juli Wolfe. It's important to be mindful that civility is one of the five pillars of Wikipedia. Your edits here and here are considered "gravedancing" and are not appropriate. If someone else is blocked for any reason, it's not an invitation to send one or two final quips in their direction. You should remove them. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 18:02, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I noticed in your edit history that you're seriously overusing the minor edit flag. "Minor edit" has a very narrow definition on Wikipedia. Once you are changing the meaning of an article at all, even adding or removing a single word, you shouldn't be using the minor edit flag. Thanks. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 18:22, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for letting me know about the minor editing flag now I know! Juli Wolfe (talk) 18:45, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
