Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Hammer and sickle election symbol of CPI(M).jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Hammer and sickle election symbol of CPI(M).jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Stefan2 (talk) 10:00, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry[edit]

Request reason:

I realized I am blocked today when I tried to edit the Page Thiruvananthapuram (Lok Sabha constituency) which I have been curating for sometime. When I checked the Block messaged and reached the archive Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Justpp/Archive I realised that I have been blocked along with some other users who have been continuously editing Malayalam movie pages. I rarely edit those pages other than minor edits of language improvement, if at all. Kindly unblock me as I believe there is a case of mistaken identity. As for multiple accounts, I had one more account named praveenpeter long back but have stopped using it as it reveled my name. I would also like to state that I keep getting messages in my email stating that "Multiple failed attempts to log in to Wikipedia as Justpp". I presumed this to be based on some erroneous attempts from my mobile app from which I have not been able to edit. Kindly advice me if my account has been compromised and I need to take action. As stated above, I am using only this one account named JustPP for the last several years and have been editing rarely. My areas of interest is India and Kerala politics and the page I have been editing many times recently is only one page viz. Thiruvananthapuram (Lok Sabha constituency) Clarifying a point I learned from the "Appealing a Block" page: I use a personal PC for my occasional edits and not any web accelerator. I would like to know which edits of mine (JustPP) are giving a suspicion that I am using multiple accounts for edits? Considering the above, I request that my Block be lifted or until that is done, allow me to create an Account so that I can continue to edit the Page Thiruvananthapuram (Lok Sabha constituency) which has quite a lot of new information to be added since the election results have come out! @Bbb23: Justpp (talk) 12:17, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficiently convincing for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. Yamla (talk) 14:32, 18 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Dear Admin user Bbb23, Also no evidence is presented regarding my supposed Sockpuppetry. The archive cites some other users indulging in sockpuppetry and my user account just suddenly pops up. I also received a wiki email from another person (behind the account Let There Be Sunshine) who is asking me why I have blocked him/her.

As a Blocked user, I don't know any recourse other than updating here. @Bbb23: Justpp (talk) 05:52, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
