Help with Tedd L. Mitchell Submission?[edit]

{{Help me @Hammersoft}} Hi Hammersoft. The draft article I created about Tedd L. Mitchell (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft:Tedd_L._Mitchell&action=edit&redlink=1) was categorized for Speedy Deletion. I’m still figuring out Wikipedia and did not understand publicly available biographical data provided to me by Mr. Mitchell cannot be used. Would it be possible to restore the draft in my Sandbox so I can work with Mr. Mitchell and Texas Tech to obtain copyright permission? I am trying to avoid starting from scratch, if possible. What a year to be alive. As usual (but perhaps even moreso since there have been unexpected quarantines), there has been a lot of activity on player, team, league and tournament-related Wikipedia articles with all of the worldwide coverage of women's football / soccer. Great work!
