Some ideas

Hello Jysg23. We spoke on the irc channel when you were getting help to upload the image you appended to the Karen Human Rights Group article. In fact it was still a draft at that point. Anyway I don't know if or who may serve as your mentor, and I would have gladly accepted the responsibility myself if you had asked. In any regard I have been observing your efforts to improve this article, and I commend that you have so far achieved an impressive outcome. Naturally there are ways we can perhaps improve and to the question you asked on the article talk page, here are the more basic steps to take at first.

The article as I said is impressive and fine, of course if and as you add relevant referenced content, you would be improving it that way. My only suggestion for it as of now would be to ensure if a source is listed as a reference, it should not necessarily be re-listed as an external link, source, or additional reading. One appearance is sufficient for each and any cited material. You do get more "bang for your buck" per say, when and if the material is cited and used inline.

Also for sources which are listed in other sections, a bullet is recommended, and can be achieved by adding a pound symbol in front of the citation. And because WP:MOS says external links should only be launched from a section called 'External links' or 'references' the active link within the 'Further reading' section is out of place. So these few things you can do will improve the article now, and then of course, like I said, as you add more content, well, who knows, you just might have a 'Feature article' on your hands one day.
