An extended welcome[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I've added a welcome message to the top of this page that gives a great deal of information about Wikipedia. I hope you find it useful.

Additionally, I hope you don't mind if I share some of my thoughts on starting out as a new editor on Wikipedia: If I could get editors in your situation to follow just one piece of advice, it would be this: Learn Wikipedia by working only on non-contentious topics until you have a feel for the normal editing process and the policies that usually come up when editing casually. You'll find editing to be fun, easy, and rewarding. The rare disputes are resolved quickly and easily.

Working on biographical information about living persons is far more difficult. Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons policy requires strict adherence to multiple content policies, and applies to all information about living persons including talk pages.

If you have a relationship with the topics you want to edit, then you will need to review Wikipedia's Conflict of interest policy, which may require you to disclose your relationship and restrict your editing depending upon how you are affiliated with the subject matter.

Some topic areas within Wikipedia have special editing restrictions that apply to all editors. It's best to avoid these topics until you are extremely familiar with all relevant policies and guidelines.

I hope you find some useful information in all this, and welcome again. --Ronz (talk) 16:42, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

May 2018[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Vimana are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines, not for general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Ganesh Chaturthi. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Complaint.[edit]

I did not add any link. You need to be accurate before sending hate mail. I edited a link, because someone had incorrectly put it. Kajan Lakhan (talk) 07:38, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your computer did [1] [2], and you better check for that before editing Wikipedia next time, or your account might be routinely blocked on sight for breaking articles. Materialscientist (talk) 07:44, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hope you ain't a stalker..

I'm using a cellphone, NOT a computer. You incorrect once again. Kajan Lakhan (talk) 07:48, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make personal attacks on other people, as you did at Ganesh Chaturthi. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. 5 albert square (talk) 09:59, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I reported your group stalking. You may be presecuted the next time for incorrect accusations. I do believe that the accused had done the very same.I had done no such thing as only to respond to the delusional attack,.. asking his friend to get involved shows the ever increasing threats I am getting. This is cyberbully, and you are apart of it. It is a serious crime.

US Federal Law: Stalking[edit]

I do not appreciate Wikipedia Admins with inflated heads, stalking people. I request the names off these people from the Wikipedia group.. because this is now a case of harassment, aswell.

A person convicted of stalking under federal law faces a possible prison sentence not to exceed five years, a fine not to exceed $250,000, or both. (18 USC § § 2261, 3571.) Where the defendant’s stalking conduct results in the death of or physical injury to another person, a conviction may lead to a sentence of up to life in prison.

The factual evidence of my correct edit.[edit]

NB: The link was already there twice! So I just deleted the duplicate. Then the page displayed [7][7][7].... And on my 2nd attempt, via my cellphone 📱, tried to make it perfect with the description as ref needs attention.

Then envious person starts saying I will get banned, and false accusations etc. Clearly Libel. ( if I'm Indian or African or have a perceived middle-eastern name, or if you are involved in Hinduphobia or those new far left nazi movements DONT NOT jeopardize truth, knowledge or the righteous that are building the new world, word by Wiki word...and if you think you fighting terrorism, I got news for you, its masterminds are non-brown pushed by fake news and their fake reporters.)

The following extract shows the hideous duplicate 7 with its whole link showed. This made it hard to read. So I removed it..as there was the correct one already showing as [7].

"

The festival celebrates Lord Ganesha as the God of New Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles as well as the god of wisdom and intelligence[1] [7][2] and is observed throughout India,.... " Kajan Lakhan (talk) 12:40, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon Your recent edits to User_talk:Kajan_Lakhan#US_Federal_Law:_Stalking could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that making such threats on Wikipedia is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors, and where possible make specific suggestions for changes supported by reliable independent sources and focusing especially on verifiable errors of fact. Please be sure to comment on content, not contributors like for example Kajan Lakhan.[edit]

Administrators could also be blocked, they need to take their own advise, No one has presented me with factual data on how the paragraph looked before my NEAT and TIDY edit, which made it more readable.

Please put me through to your legal department..this is definitely ganging up situation.

Kajan Lakhan (talk) 12:54, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The Wikimedia Foundation legal department doesn't deal with this sort of thing. Administrators are empowered to deal with behavior -- such as yours -- as they see fit, within the guidelines set by the Foundation and the collective judgment of users here. There is no authority you can try to pull rank with. In fact -- as the notice I placed above points out -- if you further attempt to bully other editors by threats of legal action -- no matter how passively aggressive you try to couch said threats -- it WILL lead to your being blocked from editing by an administrator, each of whom has the power, ability, authority, and duty to do so. --Calton | Talk 14:04, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No, you didn't, since that isn't how Wikipedia works at all. But as long as you're dropping the tactic, that's fine. --Calton | Talk 15:28, 13 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop marking content changing edits as minor, as you did here and here. Per WP:MINOR, edits which change content rather than correcting typographical or formatting errors should not be marked as minor edits. May2020: Suspected China Communist supporter[edit]

How do we know, that editors are doing a legitimate editor?

Example, in the case off Bodhidharma, the founding father off kung-fu, it was mentioned he was an indian Buddhaist monk. ( Many people, are still under the false notion, that indian means muslim. Traditionally, the word indian refers to Hindu people. Nowadays, it refers to Christains, Hindus, Jews, Parsi, Muslims, Sikhs etc. ) And because off the 911 incident, these people - self righteous types - have also put "indian" down.

That's why, the international Hindu Judicial Council, needs to investigate people/groups like these.

Bodhi means Awakening. Dharma means , or can I say, is the cornerstone of Hindu religion.

..but, the bias individual/s are simply uneducated, intolerant or just plain Hinduphobic.

Gaslighting was picked up from the previous encounter with Wikipedia staff.

In a non-racial world, this shall NOT be accepted.

The editor fails to provide the edit, with reasons why he objection to legitimate links - and books. [13] is a book, which showns BodhiDharma's first original Hindu indian name. ( Remember, Emporer Ashoka, was also a Hindu, so was Buddha before they "converted" to spread a brunch off Hinduism. ) Kajan Lakhan (talk) 12:03, 23 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

May 2020: The Resolution[edit]

..I finally got through to the editor/s. We had an open mind.

BUT look at the effort. To reach a compromise. ( If this is happening online, then surely offline in the real world subtly this is occurring. )

Because off my name, People think it's a muslim, And hence complications.

Lakhan means brother of Lord Rāma ( aka Lakhsmana , another derivative is Laxman etc) But because off certain historical events, like the splitting off Ancient india into Afghanistan, pakistan, Nepal, Cambodia etc....the surname , does appear on other Religious and Science too.

Something, Humanity, needs too work on..if we are to ever go forward. Open mind - wonderful. Kajan Lakhan (talk) 12:19, 23 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

April 2021[edit]

Information icon Hi Kajan Lakhan! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Kumbh Mela that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. -- Toddy1 (talk) 06:55, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
