Help me![edit]

Hi! I'm trying to change the photo on Stephanie Arnold's Wikipedia page per her request (I work for her publisher, HarperOne / HarperCollins). It appears that someone uploaded a photo of her in late April, but she's not partial to that image and would like to replace it with another. Could someone guide me through the process of updating the picture?

G'day KalieCaetano, I would give MOS:HOTLINK and WP:IUP#COPYRIGHT a look through. So long as the image is verifiably released under an open copyright and is more or equally suitable than the current one in use, it can be used. Generally a subject’s personal preference does not alone entitle the image to be changed. If she can provide a better image under public license though, that would. Let me know if you have any further questions, and welcome to Wikipedia! — IVORK Discuss 22:49, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
KalieCaetano, you need to upload the permissions which are attached to the image in order for it to be used. As you can see on the image File:Stephanie Arnold — author.jpg, if you do not specify the license for the image, it may be deleted after 7 days. — IVORK Discuss 00:16, 27 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
