The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Hi @331dot. Thanks for the feedback. I am not being compensated for my edits. I am an industrial engineer and am particularly interested in the Theory of constraints and people who use that in practice, like Dr. Alan Barnard. As far as I can tell the only sources currently referenced worth keeping are the awards and the interview on issuu. However, interviews do not contribute to notability and although awards are a good indication that someone might be notable significant coverage is much more important. Sources from Medium and PR Newswire are not reliable and do not contribute to notability (press releases and blogs are almost never worth citing). Sources published by Alan Barnard are self-published and do not contribute to notability. Profiles on TOCICO and Goldratt are not independent of Alan Barnard and do not contribute to notability. Unless there is reliable news coverage of Alan Barnard's appearance on a podcast than it probably shouldn't even be mentioned on the page so you could just get rid of the interviews section.
