Privacy

Wikipedia is highly protective of the privacy of its editors. Posting personal information about another editor can be considered harassment (see WP:PRIVACY). Though this only really applies if the editor in question wishes it to remain private. In this case, it's not entirely clear to me that Wikiwikimoore is offended by his real name being used. If he is, I believe that he'd be within his rights to remove that information from the talk page. If it really bothered him, an admin can delete the comment from the history altogether, though other admins could still view it. Then, on occasion, WP:OVERSIGHT can delete the information entirely so that not even admins have access to it.

I personally wouldn't feel comfortable doing the deletions because I've become somewhat involved. But a post to the administrator's noticeboard (WP:ANI) describing the situation and a request for action will likely garner some assistance.

The addition by another editor of the comment from a transcript is also properly sourced; You are absolutely allowed to reference public documents that are not online. Please see Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest#Editors_who_may_have_a_conflict_of_interest for some information on how to contribute to the article.
