New account?[edit]

Hi, it looks to me like you recently switched account names from User:Kazikameuk to User:Kazikame. Just wanted to check with you if that was as you intended it. If so, I'll close down your old account and redirect it to your new one. Thanks, --MarkSweep (call me collect) 01:11, 1 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yeah. But I think I'll keep the old account for now. Thanks anyway. --Kazikame 17:53, 1 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, but then you should make the connection between the two accounts clear, perhaps by posting a note on the user pages of both accounts. Otherwise you may find yourself being accused of sock puppetry. --MarkSweep (call me collect) 00:13, 2 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

About that Fletch Bass Vandal[edit]

Hey I reported that IP earlier for vandalism, I requested it to be blocked after seeing the difficulty you had with him. Please do the same if you haven't so we can get that joker off here! ;) Thanks for your help keeping the article legitimate. --Ira-welkin 23:05, 12 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for correcting my mistake[edit]

Thank you for correcting the mistake I had made regarding the use of plural vs. singular nouns regarding band names. Being American, I had no idea the difference existed. I'll try to pay more careful attention to situations like that in the future. Thanks again! John5008 | talk to me 16:35, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Franz Ferdinand[edit]

Vandalism? I think not! How was giving an image a descriptive caption vandalism? SoaP 18:06, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I fail to see how "A big sword!" is anything but irrelevant. Yes, they are holding a sword, but it adds no useful information to the article. --[kazikame] 18:09, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Survey Invitation[edit]

Hi there, I am a research student from the National University of Singapore and I wish to invite you to do an online survey about Wikipedia. To compensate you for your time, I am offering a reward of USD$10, either to you or as a donation to the Wikimedia Foundation. For more information, please go to the research home page. Thank you. --WikiInquirer 19:43, 9 March 2007 (UTC)talk to me[reply]

Vandalism warnings[edit]

Hello. I'm in agreement with the recent revert you made to Kele Okereke. You may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Belovedfreak 17:42, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WP:CVU status[edit]

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! Franz Ferdinand[edit]

I noticed you've put in a lot of good work maintaining the state of the Franz Ferdinand (band) page. You may be interested in a dispute about the Franz Ferdinand page. It used to point to the disambiguation page - as, despite there being more searches for the band than the archduke, users will be interested in both topics. Unfortunately, it has recently been changing to point directly to the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria page. Could you read the discussion on the Talk:Franz Ferdinand page? I think your input would be of value. Thanks, Wardroad (talk) 15:27, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
