I'm sorry we are not able to take your case at the moment. I have done what I can to offer you suggestions, and I have also made a post on the article talk page and the other users talk page asking them to engage. I hope that some of this helps. I wish this was a topic I knew more about and was able to offer more insight into- but its not an area I feel comfortable expressing opinions on. Best of luck. Thanks @Nightenbelle, your response and suggestions are very helpful! It seems now that a third party has kindly weighed in and you pointed out that I should make no further edits until a resolution is found. So what happens next? If the other user never responds does the article just stay as it is unless someone else decides to edit?

It seems I should just give it a little time and try to bring attention to the question in the way you said (RFC or 3rd party request). Eventually some consensus might be reached but besides trying to get others to weigh in / make edits there's not much I can do.
