Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Kineticsware Logo.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Kineticsware Logo.jpg is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only" or "used with permission for use on Wikipedia only" which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3).

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Kineticsware Logo.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 21:31, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:CarillonPhoto.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:CarillonPhotofromVilla.jpg. The copy called Image:CarillonPhotofromVilla.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 21:03, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kineticsware Advanced Planning Solution, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. 4 Google hits - it's not notable.pablomismo|\talk 21:08, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This page currently looks very much like an adveretisement. Please read WP:SPAM for our policies on this sort of thing. I'm not going to delete this instant, but any other admin might at any time. If you are editing it, you would need to:
  1. Remove phrases like "KAPS is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX, so every functional module shares a familiar look and feel that users of other Microsoft product are used to" and other phrases that sound like a press release or a product flyer. Wikipedia articls need to have a neutrral point of view and an encyclopedic tone.
  2. supply and cite independant WP:reliable sources, that means not company sites, not press releases, not blogs, and not fan sites. Reviews from computer publications are a good bet, or mentiosn in

mainstream media.

  1. Indicate why the product is notable, and have that backed up vy thsoe independant sources.

Failing all of that, soemoen is sure to delete the article promptly. If you are actually engaged in editing, use {{inuse}} for up to an hour. If longer, {{underconstructionm}} is available. But those won't let an ad sit around for a signmificant amout of time, unchanged. DES (talk) 21:48, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Kineticsware Logo.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kineticsware Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 00:14, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Kineticsware, Inc.[edit]

I have nominated Kineticsware, Inc., an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kineticsware, Inc.. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 22:12, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Richard H. Barnett[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Richard H. Barnett, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Richard H. Barnett. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 17:24, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jeffery S. Sampson[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Jeffery S. Sampson, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Jeffery S.
