- Quick translation of the admins reasoning:
- Block stays. Keimzelle cannot differentiate up to day the difference what's a personal attack or an insult, and what is not. AfD are no insult. A fast decision process on obviously senseless complaints (see list of links by Johannes89) neither. Nasty verbal assaults, like the ones that led to the indef in the enWP on the other hand are. In the following unblock requests you can see, that no change in behavior can be expected. He's always looking for others to place the blame, any comprehension: way from it. You can't bother the community here with more of that.

- He just started the next senseless enterpise: de:Wikipedia:Schiedsgericht/Anfragen/Konflikt zwischen Keimzelle und diversen Admins, an ARBREQ, useless as all the other stuff he tried to do to get permission to bother and harass others.
