Encyclopedic work or other agenda?[edit]
I've noted that in your latest edits you have (a) removed the label "conservative" from a named (positive) critic of Freedom House; (b) added labels "liberal" and "left-wing" to unnamed (negative) critics of Fox News Channel. In the second case, you commented that "the political stance of the critics should be mentioned". Since you seemingly edit intermittently, there was some weeks between the successive edits, and you may not have noted the apparent inconsistency in these edits.
My question is: What kind of difference in the situations motivated the various edits? If it was purely motivated by encyclopaedic principles as you understand them, all is well; and I'd like to hear an explanation of the differences you think motivates labelling the ones but not the other. However, if the first "conservative" professor happened to have ideas very close to your own, while on the other hand the "liberal" and "left-wing" criticism of Fox is very far from your ideas, I'd ask you please to reconsider whether or not you run a risk of letting your opinions influence your edits. I do assume that you as an experienced editor would not like this to happen.
