Copy right violation on Trevor Carlton (I assume)[edit]

I assume that you're talking about the text I removed from Trevor Carlton. Getting such information onto wikipedia is not that easy. Firstly is the copyright holder happy to release it under the terms of the WP:GFDL as all text on wikipedia has to be released under this license. If they are the simplist means that I'm aware of is probably get them to put a notice on that page of the website saying it's released under GFDL. If they're not happy to do this it can be done by e-mail but I'm not sure of the exact procedure and I sugest you ask at editor assistance. It may also be worth pointing you in the direction of WP:COI - it may not apply to you, so feel free to ignore if it doesn't, but you knowing the web page author suggests it might. Wrote that in a bit of a hurry as I was on my way out and so missed the most obvious suggestion - re-write it in your own words. For something like this that's not too long that's probably the easiest option. Dpmuk (talk) 21:51, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
