About the Bo-bobo Plot Project[edit]

I was speaking with some people on the discussion page for Plot of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo about what I've been adding and apparantly they don't like the over-detailed work I've been doing. Unfortunately, they think its detailed enough for "copyright violation"...but if I condense it, it will end up as "Bo-bobo fights villain, weird stuff happens, Bo-bobo wins". (when you parody every other shonen, you don't have too much use for plot) I'm thinking maybe of doing it the One Piece way (as seen here, in doing a tiny brief on each fight and arc, but who knows if that will satisfy the management. -StrangerAtaru 11:34, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Maybe they're not true Bobobo fans. And what copyright!? You did write all of that from scratch so what do they know. [User:Kid Sonic|Kid Sonic]]
  • Well we're at another crossroads: I'm taking about this in the discussion page for the Plot page, but I think we may be deleted. While it would be great to have a plot page, the truth has to be admitted: either Bo-bobo gets no respect or its just too simple in nature for people to want to know what happens. The details liven the series, but apparently that's a no-go due to copyright infrigement. My only other option is to just open a Bo-bobo webpage, but I have too much on my plate and I'm too lazy for website maintenance. But hey, at least we have the other pages. -StrangerAtaru 21:50, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Bo-bobo Plot[edit]

My contributions are public, check every edit I had done to see if I had contacted A Man In Black about this matter. And believe me, I have things more important to do than plotting an article deletion about a series I know nothing, nor really care about. The only public thing about the article I did was leaving a comment at WP:WAF to find feedback, and I left a comment in the plot's talk page about that. Had you known AMIB more, you would know he is the kind of guy to do these kind of things. I advice you to cool down, because your assumptions are wrong. Regards. -- ReyBrujo 02:39, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is Wikipedia. Welcome to freedom. -- ReyBrujo 17:28, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kid: Which version do you want, the earlier super-detailed version or the more consise one that's about to be deleted? The earlier one can probably still pulled up if you look through the page history...and I would probably have to start from the Nenchaku fight. But if you want the less detailed version, then I'll give it to you from where I stopped on the page, which would be the start of the Combat Blues fight. -StrangerAtaru 14:44, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So everything post-Menma, you got it. Need to find time to do it. -StrangerAtaru 23:45, 3 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Signatures[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you decide to stay! I noticed that you're already editing talk pages to discuss things with other wikipedians, and wanted to give you a hint: I see that you're signing your posts using your username, but not a timestamp. Timestamps, such as 00:00, 1 March 2007 (UTC), are easy to use and make it easier for others to tell when you've said something. To use a timestamp, just type ~~~~~ after your signature, or type ST47Talk 00:00, 1 March 2007 (UTC) to use both a timestamp and a signature, as I do. For more information on customizing your signature, please read WP:SIG. ST47Talk 00:00, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Images[edit]

I've tagged all the images that lacked a fair-use rationale with a speedy deletion tag. You have a week for add the relevant tag to those images before they are deleted. Again, I will provide the example of Image:GrimmjowAnimeEp138.jpg, an image that I have uploaded, for what a fair-use rationale should look like. Also know that although you are indeed free to remove messages from your talk page, it is common practice to archive them instead (warnings, image notifications, and the like are exceptions). Removing my messages, especially when they are responses to posts you have left on my talk page, are construed as an act of bad faith. Anyways, you clearly have not read the content of my messages; ergo, it appears that you have removed my messages in bad faith, which in turn violates WP:NPA and WP:CIVIL. Note that if you continue to violate Wikipedia's fair-use policy by not adding a fair-use rationale to non-free images that you upload, you may be blocked for copyright infringement. Furthermore, the topic at the top of your talk page is a blatant personal attack, and an indication that you are not going to follow WP:NONFREE. I am making every effort to be civil here, I hope you can do so as well. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 04:16, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm starting to add some fair use info to a few characters I think are crucial to the Bo-bobo pages (so far did Narrator and TUYOSHI). But the thing is we need to figure out which ones are important instead of just putting all of them and wasting bandwidth. (I think I also did it with Bi-bibi but forgot to remove the "speedy deletion" notice so it was deleted. -StrangerAtaru 13:28, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Kane-Maru.PNG)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kane-Maru.PNG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:02, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on List of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo character fusions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please don't add personal opinions/venting[edit]

Hi Kid Sonic, I'm just coming from the article on the 2000s. I wanted to let you know that I removed this edit of yours. I'm with you on at least half of what you were saying and I can understand frustration, but neither personal opinion nor venting is right for a Wikipedia page. These articles are for reflecting popular consensus views and describing notable dissenting views that can be backed up by references. If your thoughts fit into either of those categories, then throw them in there. But if not, please restrain yourself. Qwerty0 (talk) 12:13, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
