Hi, the sources you have used generally fall into the ones described by sections 2.1 of the notability guideline for companies and organizations. Sources 1 and 6 is simply about Parature being acquired by Microsoft; not really about the company itself. The second reference is primarily about Ching-Ho Fung, not Parature. The company is mentioned, but the coverage isn't in-depth or the primary focus of the article. Sources 3, 4, 7, 8/9 and 11 are mentions the company briefly or in the context of launching new products, but is merely an indication that the company actually exists and not enough to establish notability. The tenth source is a press release, which is never an indicator for notability. The remaining three articles covers new investors, an analysis of the company and an article announcing that they've been awarded the Frost & Sullivan award.

Several of these sources has also been mentioned as inadequate in the AFD, so if you have other sources that might help the article. Keep in mind though that most companies will never be notable, so please don't do the same mistake as other editors who spend countless hours writing the article when they really should focus on the sources. Right now the article mentions how it started, a couple of investments and the Microsoft deal, along with a listing of awards. What the article doesn't do however is to describe how Parature stands out from other companies or why the company (and not its product) is notable.
