Provincetown High School is a building currently housing students in Grades K-8. The High School program was phased out in 2013 with the graduation of the final class. The article keeps reverting to inaccurate information about the school and the program. Please make changes or allow correct changes to be made. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: The article you and two another anonymous IPs continue to edit - wrongly - is about the former Provincetown High School. It is a historical article about a defunct high school. It is not an article about the building, nor is it about the present Provincetown school system.

Your content and that of the anonymous editor(s) belongs in the Provincetown Public Schools article, which presently does not exist. Hi Kim! I know Wikipedia's rules are often complex and confusing. We have a basic rule about notability that has been taken to mean that an article about a high school is acceptable, but an article about an elementary-middle school is not always encyclopedic enough, but an article about an elementary-middle school district is probably OK. So these editors probably are thinking the name "Provincetown High School" should be reserved for info about the high-school program and "Provincetown Public Schools" should be used for any info about the elementary-middle program. I am making a "technical decline" of this edit request so I can move it to the talk page of the HS article. I'm also going to touch up the article a little, I hope without getting anyone in trouble.

If the proper name of your school program is still "Provincetown High School" even though it's not a high school, then we could create a page for that name that allows readers to select either the HS or the elementary school. Please supply any comments at Talk:Provincetown High School#Edit request.
