AFIK, it can't be written in Devanagari. Marathi has another "L" sound, but not sure if it's the same as this. Tamil language#Sounds has a tongue twister which has the sound repeating throughout. It's transcript would be "Yaezhaik kizhavan vaazhaip pazhaththOlmael sarusarukki vazhuvzhukkik kIzhae vizhunthaan". If you listen to that, you'd realise it's not exactly similar to "kayyakam".
