Your request, Talk:EMV#June 2021 edit request, is asking someone to compare two 80kb pages, EMV and User:Kirsty Blackburn iseepr/sandbox, to spot the differences, and implement them into the article. Nobody is likely to want to take that on. I know I wouldn't.

A concise request along the lines of

In section EMV#EMV Chip Specification please change X to Y
