List of rapid transit systems[edit]

I notice you've been removing content from List of rapid transit systems, but it's not clear why. Could you explain, in one of these places: here, on my talk page, on the article's talk page, or in your edit summaries? —EncMstr 23:44, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The systems i removed did not follow the definition included at the top of the page and most of them are already included in List of light-rail transit systems. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kitchenerite (talkcontribs)
Excellent point. To not appear to the casual observer as a vandal, you might want to add an edit summary to that effect. Here is the standard edit summary reminder:
(standard summary template {{summary}}

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

Thanks! Keep up the good work! —EncMstr 00:08, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the tip I'll remember it for future edits.Kitchenerite 00:23, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
