Made the following change "after the captain's improper assumption that an engine had failed and subsequent failure to follow approved procedures for engine failure single-engine approach and go-around, and stall recovery while". This is an extract from NTSB final report, NTSB/AAR-95/07, The engine never failed as the pilot was reciving a false alarm and then became fixated on the alarm. I was the lead mechanic on this aircraft when it received it's last inspection/peridoic maintenance check in Little Rock 2 weeks earlier.
