Excuse me, I tried to see pages which were mentioned, Free telephone number and Toll-free telephone numbers in the United States and did not find its. And I was sure this is not more needed.--Kostpolt (talk) 11:31, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

I don't quite know what you mean. Of course you didn't find those pages, because they're what I proposed the article be split into. The only way that such a template can be no more needed is if the split has been carried out or a discussion on the talk page has revealed a consensus against it. In this case, the template had only recently been added; even now, no discussion has developed beyond my original statement. Hence my point.
