Hello. Your recent edit to List of animal rights groups appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Citation overkill[edit]

Please review WP:Citation overkill. Stacking multiple citations at the end of a statement or paragraph is unhelpful to the reader. Also, a large quantity of low-quality sources will not prove a subject's notability. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:30, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

My advice would be to start from scratch. Don't make a statement and then look for a source, see what the sources say and then summarize and paraphrase them. Look at the sources that you already have (maybe go and grab some more), and do the following:

Get rid of any source that has a primary subject other than "Our Planet. Theirs Too." Even if it's about Aylam Orian, the National Animal Rights Day, or the Declaration of Animal Rights, get rid of it. The source has to be specifically about OPTT. This should hopefully eliminate any source that doesn't have much to say about the subject, either.
Get rid of any source that has any kind of connection or affiliation with OPTT, Alyam Orian, the National Animal Rights Day, the Declaration of Animal Rights, or any individual or group connected to them.
Get rid of any source that's not a professionally-published mainstream academic or journalistic source. Our standards for reliable sourcing are a bit broader than that, but professional mainstream academic/journalistic sources are generally regarded as the highest quality sources (except for the Daily Mail, which is not even fit to line birdcages with).

If you have at least three sources, then an article is possible. If you don't have at least three sources when this is over, then the subject isn't currently notable. It doesn't matter if there's 100 newspapers that mention OPTT in one line in an article on some other topic, 50 press releases reprinted in other outlets, and 10,000 fansites -- quality over quantity.
