Taking a photo of a photo on a cameraphone does not make you that photo's creator, and as such, you are not able to release it into the public domain. Please provide some information on the book you got it from, its copyright status, and whether or not that book has been entered into the public domain. WP:FLAG[edit]

We generally discourage slapping flags onto infoboxes because most of the time, they're used as decorations (i.e. "infoboxes look prettier with flags on them!").
