Editing while logged out[edit]

In some instances, I've seen you as an IP editor leaving messages on WayKurat's and Oripaypaykim's talk pages about the suspected socks of some long-term vandals as well as your creation of long-term abuse pages. Are you afraid to use your account in warning and reporting them? Sixth of March 22:55, 11 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sure This is Created of using of Two pages of Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/TV5Ozamiz and Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Creative raymark - LG-Gunther :  Talk  14:14, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please use your account when you are reporting or warning someone for vandalism; do not edit while logged out. You might be accused of sock puppetry. Sixth of March 03:54, 16 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Good. Using Rare Account Again, I am not sock puppetry. will be good edit like attitude of this again and revert. LG-Gunther :  Talk  12:11, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits at the article Cine Mo![edit]

Hi and thank you for your contributions at the article Cine Mo!. Please don't take this personally, but I do appreciate your help on editing the article Yey! (since InuYasha and Shakugan No Shana doesn't existed in their programmings yet). However, the recent edits you made the linked article was somehow gives me a pause. Actually I'am now one of the users of ABS-CBN TV Plus Digibox. And the recent show title was really existed in Cine Mo! programming. Not assuming that the editor of that was right. But please take it from me, that edit was real and not a hoax. I'am also a viewer of that so don't assume that it was a hoax. Thank you. Hamham31Heke!KushKush! 07:26, 21 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hamham31 Sure This is IP Hopping Address is 203.87.133.XXX has edit like Yey! Article like such as Vandalism and Hoaxes, that Put of Programs from GMA 7 and TV5 Shows Such as Vandalism and Hoaxes. That Yey! is Sister Channel of ABS-CBN Corporation. LG-Gunther :  Talk  07:32, 21 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I do appreciate your help and understanding regards to Cine Mo!. But somehow, I'm with your side with regards to your edits on Yey! as it seems to me that it was unconstructive edit. Since we both know that InuYasha and Shakugan No Shana was not really existed. Don't worry, no hard feelings from me, and I do understand that you've only did the right thing for Wikipedia. Rollback granted[edit]

Hi LG-Gunther. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Widr (talk) 09:18, 9 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Overzealous Warning template[edit]

Hi LGGunther, I don't want you to be bugged with this, but it seems tome that you're a little bite-y when it comes to warn a user such as what you did here. You can always warn the user for the first violation of vandalism by picking up the first level warning of vandalism, not for the final warning. We're not sure yet if he/she continues to that. But if you already reached the 3rd warning for it, then that's the time you may use that warning for that user, then report it to AIV for further evaluation. Thank you. User talk:112.201.157.2[edit]

Hi LG-Gunter. I saw the edit you made to User talk:112.201.157.2. Do you think Special:Contributions/112.209.129.187 could be connected to the same sock master? Both IPs seem to be editing the same genre of articles and both appear to be engaging in edit warring. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:40, 24 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Merry Christmas![edit]

Stale IPs[edit]

Example: 49.145.219.199 (talk · contribs) has an editing history that spans minutes, with last edit many hours ago. Do not report such IPs to WP:AIV. Such reports would only make sense if there was a strong evidence of an open proxy, but then report to WP:OP, not AIV. Materialscientist (talk) 04:18, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You misunderstood my comment. Such reports would only make sense if there was a strong evidence of an open proxy. There is none. Materialscientist (talk) 04:38, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

April 2017[edit]

Information icon Thank you for making a report about 112.198.75.208 (talk · contribs · block log) on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, it appears that the editor you reported may not have engaged in vandalism, or the user was not sufficiently or appropriately warned. Please note there is a difference between vandalism and unhelpful or misguided edits made in good faith. If the user continues to vandalise after a recent final warning, please re-report it. The IP was not nearly active enough to warrant a block for disruption. Coffee // have a ☕️ // beans // 09:19, 8 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

List of video game emulators[edit]

Hey LG-Gunther, thanks for the help at List of video game emulators! I'm wondering about the POV tag that you added, though. Was there a neutrality issue with the article? Woodroar (talk) 04:12, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Woodroar: You're welcome again, thanks. LG-Gunther :  Talk  04:15, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, thanks for helping with the list; I too was curious about the neutrality tag you added. Were there any discussions regarding this article's neutrality? Looking at it now, I don't believe any of the talk page discussion constitutes a neutrality dispute, nor is there any ongoing disagreement regarding the list's content or formatting. As the edit war that took place was instigated by a single editor who was later blocked for sockpuppetry and making 12 reverts in less than an hour, would it be acceptable if I removed the template? FlotillaFlotsam (talk) 10:01, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Just an FYI: Users are allowed to remove messages, warnings, notices, etc. from their own talk pages. This is outlined at this section of Wikipedia's policies on user pages. There are a few exceptions to this (they're listed in that section as well), but otherwise the IP can remove content from their own talk pages if they wish. Let's not repeatedly revert their removals... I've also just asked the user to stop templating your talk page as well. I'm hoping to diffuse the situation going on here ;-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 21:39, 12 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ljlas20 sock[edit]

Hi there! I saw that you had reported a suspected sock of said sockmaster on AIV. I think it would be better if you could start an SPI against the suspected sockpuppet on WP:SPI, as AIV is not the right place to report socks. I have refrained from starting the SPI as I have no experience of the sockmaster and thought that it would be appropriate if you make the SPI. -- JavaHurricane 12:13, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
