LaProchaine, this nomination should not have been created at this time; the article is not eligible for DYK until Draft:OC&C Strategy Consultants is moved into regular article space. So the nomination page Template:Did you know nominations/OC&C Strategy Consultants is available for the article should it be approved for the move, I'm nominating the DYK nomination page for a speedy deletion. That way, the nomination page name will be available should the article become eligible; you'll need to nominate it anew within seven days of it being moved to regular article space. Be sure to include a hook with your next nomination; you didn't with this page, as you didn't complete the nomination, and omitting either step will prevent the DYK from ultimately succeeding.
