You are required to write it from a completely neutral point of view, meaning the article can be in no way promotional. Leaving a "coming soon" page is also not acceptable, if you wish you can create a page in your user space to work on it, such as User:La Far PL/UtryMe. Speedy deletion nomination of Utryme
