make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

Named cites[edit]

When you want to re-use a named citation, you have sometimes done this:

<ref name="edu02">{{cite web}}</ref>

That's wrong, and results in an empty ref. What you want is this:

<ref name="edu02"/>
