Northern MN photos[edit]

Happy New Year to you! Glad to contribute. I don't live up that way but travel here and there to Northern Minnesota areas. I'll put those two buildings on my list. If you happen to know of other northern places that could use a photograph, let me know! If I have a list of locations, I can make an effort to get photos if I happen to be up that way! Image alignments with text[edit]

Just an FYI, but please read MOS:IMAGELOCATION. Your left-aligned image in this edit on National Women's Hockey League causes the section headers and text to break, become narrow and in the center, or oddly zigzag in one paragraph down the page depending on the screen. There is not enough text to keep it from moving the "Isobel Cup championship" section off its own left-alignment. Hi, Lorie. Just this one pic I wonder about. I thought she looked beautiful and fierce in mine, plus you get some idea of how big she is. Yours is undoubtedly technically superior! Maybe you went on Camp Day and got a new photo with long braids. Anyway we'll see, a lot of the season left. Thanks for the dozens of other improvements you've made in the past week or so. Hi Susan, I updated because I always prefer a sharper image! That being said, I'll work on trying to get a good one of her with braids. And yes, plenty of time still left! This season I've been making an effort to get photos for use on player pages. I'm glad I can help contribute and add onto all efforts you've made over the years! Will be on the lookout for Sue Bird photos if she's back this year. I have one from last year that's a little bit sharper but I don't feel strongly about whether it should be swapped in [1]

Hi, Lorie. Thank you! Your skill can raise the level of photography for the WNBA (and beyond) on Wikipedia. In particular, I love your full length photo of Courtney Vandersloot. You've made her look just like she plays! I wonder if you can accept an idea from this observer. Expand your horizons beyond the free throw line. We only need to see so many armpits and zits. And I drew the line at Maya Moore. Hope you will understand. The "sharpest image" isn't always the best. Stand back and find the lyricism and poetry in these women's work. Thanks for including me in this, appreciate it very much. I spent some time reading through the discussions on each and don't feel I have the bandwidth to jump in without additional time spent understanding the content on this type of page along with understanding guidelines and styles. I have some initial opinions but I'm not able to ground them with the additional research it would take to be helpful to the discussion. Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 192.80.181.151. We recently had our router replaced by the company who provides our internet service. Possibly this is the reason my IP was blocked. Most of my Wikipedia contributions are additions of my own photographs to pages (often small towns) that don't have a photo.
