Speedy deletion nomination of OFA Little League[edit]

More tips;

Don't put headings in bold/italics; instead, use == Headings == and === Subheadings ===.
Add links to other articles - they're called "Wikilinks" - for example, you could put,

...ways of running [[local government]]s. Some have called on the [[private sector]] to assume responsibility...

...which will display as,

...ways of running local governments. Some have called on the private sector to assume responsibility...

A very useful link for this is WP:CHEATSHEET.

Be very careful to remain neutral, not introduce your own ideas, and avoid "peacock terms" and "weasel words". For example,

With social services, there are ~~special~~ reasons to be wary.^{[according to whom?]} How society's most vulnerable children and adults are treated reflects our^[who?] core commitments, and with values such as these at stake, it makes no sense^[who?] to subordinate public goals to the profit motive.^{[citation needed]}

And this part is an example of original research/opinion: The last thing any community leader, city councilmen or women, or city manager wants to see is an uneducated community. Noone wants to see residents stand up at city council meeting complaining aboout the lack of publication of an event such as the sale of community assets without the public knowing.

My main concern is, you're mistaking Wikipedia for a provider of novel information; it isn't. We only document what other people have already written about. We present facts based on reliable sources, in a totally neutral manner, and let the reader decide which are important and how to interpret the information.

I think it will help if you look at some other, decent quality articles on similar topic areas; try, perhaps, Accounting ethics, or Charitable trusts in English law. I know they're not quite about the same thing, but they might give ideas. To find more, see WP:FA and WP:GA.

Best advice, really, is to edit some other articles - anything; it doesn't matter what. If you dive in and edit other, current articles you'll get more familiar with the way Wikipedia works.
