Re your message: I understand that the fans on both sides will immediately favor their side, but a discussion must take place. The reverting back and forth is not acceptable. Re your message: The protection will expire in one week. However, if no consensus is reached and the edit warring continues after the expiration, the protection may be reset for a longer time. As for when a consensus will be reached, that is up to the interested editors on the talk page. Hopefully you can reach a consensus quickly. Once that consensus is reached, any editor that edits against that consensus would be blocked from editing any further. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
