Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Radio stations in Fort Stockton, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Radio stations in Fort Stockton has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Radio stations in Fort Stockton, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:MC-Seal.gif. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 20:20, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your edits to Template:Infobox University, but you appear to be adding a parameter that is already accounted for. Please use the motto parameter instead. We just cleaned up this template at WP:UNI and would like to keep it neat. Thanks! —Noetic Sage 06:14, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

To avoid an edit war, which may have already been started since you made the same change three times, I have referred the addition of tagline to the infobox to WikiProject Universities. Feel free to participate in the discussion. The parameter may be removed if consensus dictates so. —Noetic Sage 07:06, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Again, this is an issue which has already been dealt with, please do not re-add this parameter, and read Template talk:Infobox University#Extraordinarily bloated which explains the process which removed this and other fields. If you have questions, please leave a message on the template's talk page. -- Huntster T@C 12:28, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Midland College Foundation, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Kannie | talk 21:39, 24 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you keep reversing my edits regarding the Midland College mascot: The Chaparral? Their mascot is the Greater Roadrunner, which is also known as a "Chaparral." The roadrunner image widely used on their websites, paperwork, etc. Refer to this image, for instance: http://www.gochaps.com/images/masthead.jpg One of their public meeting rooms was known as the "Roadrunner Room" until they recently christened it with a donor's name: http://www.midland.edu/events/carrasco_room.php

What's wrong with leaving the links as I had them? Uncle Milty (talk) 15:03, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Portal:Fort Stockton[edit]

A tag has been placed on Portal:Fort Stockton requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section P2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a portal based on a topic for which there is no non-stub header article, and there are not at least three non-stub articles detailing subject matter that would be appropriate to discuss under the title of that portal.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Portal:Fort Stockton|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Cenarium (talk) 15:40, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article List of school districts in Fort Stockton has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced, "list" with only one district in it, adds no additional info to that given in Fort Stockton Independent School District.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
