Dear User:Ldmaa, Im sorry to inform you that I have nominated your article *as above) for speedy deletion, for these reasons: (a) it is a stub with few or no proper refs (b) per se, it makes no sense and is not comprehensible (c) it doesnt seem to warrant a 'stand alone' status, and it might be best to please re-write it properly and add it in a section on the main M. Irfan Maqsood article. Im sorry and I hope you shant be too disappointed, Im very sure that youll improve as you go along and learn about Wikipedia and its standards and guidelines. Very good luck! Respected Sir User:Khani100, I have deleted the list of political publications. Every thing except this contain full references, which all are from the most reputable new papers sources of Pakistan Lahore. Now, I have one question, how to give the references of BSc, MSc and MA degrees, whereas I have mentioned the reference for PhD Studentship (the profile page of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Thanks for your correction and consideration.

Youre v welcome indeed, and quite a decent job with the revision, shall give it a proper look dont worry and make any further revisions/edits where these can be made ! Well done, hope that we see more of you, active here, Regs, Khani100 (talk) 02:26, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Khani100[reply]

Now, for further help and guidance, I would suggest you also look up these pages please WP:Cite and WP:LR as your article gives a lot of url-based citations. These might be helpful in improving these and avoiding Link Rot etc. Regs, Khani100 (talk) 02:44, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Khani100[reply]

Hi, some further suggestions please! Having re-read the article I feel (apart from the possible Link Rot/URL only problem with the citations, for which you could add further information to each citation and also note when the information was last retrieved) that you could certainly improve the main textual organisation by (a) instead of having a 'Personal life' section in the beginning (which lumps together all the subject's life info and makes it mostly repetitious) why not have an 'Early Life/Background' section and (b) add most of the later info and refs/citations to the later sections, as you go along? That would largely remove the problem of your limited source/ref material, and balance out the whole. I hope that you will agree with this p.o.view and make amendments as suggested. That will be a real improvement I believe. Best wishes and good luck , again, Khani100 (talk) 03:09, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Khani100[reply]

Photovoltaic power station article[edit]

Thank you for suggesting a new solar park in Cholistan for the list at the end of this article. We have adopted the policy of adding plants to this list only after they have been commissioned and are delivering some power to the grid. We look forward to seeing the Pakistan plant again then. Meanwhile, there is a list on this page, where projects under development can be listed.--MrRenewables (talk) 07:35, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 05:04, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
