A posting[edit]

It seems you've been here since November 2005, yet no one has posted any messages for you. Well, I won't use the standard template, as you're not a new user; this is just a message simply to say hello, and to recognize the edits you've done. Acalamari 21:38, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Amish, the name[edit]

What is the meaning of the word "Amish" — within or without etymological reports? Thank you. EgídioCamposSay! 18:40, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello, my zealous friend! I wish to thank you very much for your so important and effectively detailed explanation about this theme. EgídioCamposDiz! 03:12, 21 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello[edit]

Why yes, I do have gall thanks. I'm not sure whether that's good or bad, as yet. Will you teach me to make user boxes? I seem to fail at this whole coding thing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bookwyrm9210 (talkcontribs) 02:52, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback[edit]

Le fantome de L'opera, I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Survey[edit]

Hi Le fantome de l'opera!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions – to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you! Europe 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 09:32, 6 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:WikiProject United States/The 50,000 Challenge[edit]

You are invited to participate in the 50,000 Challenge, aiming for 50,000 article improvements and creations for articles relating to the United States. This effort began on November 1, 2016 and to reach our goal, we will need editors like you to participate, expand, and create. See more here!

Notice

The article North American Choral Company has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of notability, no sources, fails WP:GNG

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
