However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Thanks for the warm greeting and info. Regarding the username, this has nothing to do with the trademarked toy "Lego". "Legopacific" is a bastardization of the Latin "lego" (I build or collect) and "pacifico" (peacefully). By the same token, someone might choose the name "Applesauce"--while this includes the word "Apple", it too has nothing to do with the trademarked term. As a side note, an alternative translation was considered, but "Erectuspacifico" introduces more difficulties. Legopacific (talk) 03:16, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there, thanks so much for sharing this! I really appreciate it :) We had some users concern worries about this... so I'm just doing my job as a volunteer administrator - we have had situations where people have claimed they work for companies, and they don't, and all hell breaks lose and lawyers get called in...so...we want to avoid that. I really appreciate it, and welcome! Missvain (talk) 18:38, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
