LSU–Florida rivalry[edit]

Greetings, Lengrand.

I'm Dirtlawyer1, and I work primarily on subjects related to the University of Florida, the Florida Gators sports teams, and Florida alumni. I have watched with interest as you have started the new article about the LSU–Florida rivalry, and it appears to be a very good start on the topic. From my perspective, it fills one of the glaring Wikipedia holes in the Gators' football history as one of their oldest continuous rivalries. One of the typical things included in WP football rivalry articles is a list of significant games in the series, with brief summaries of the games listed. The selection of the notable games is, of course, somewhat subjective, but many stand out for both teams without too much controversy. If you wouldn't mind my help, I would love to assist with the selection of those games and the writing of the game summaries, and I come well-equipped with the standard Gators football hard-copy references which should assist in sourcing and footnoting the new material. If you take a look-see over my previous Gators-related work on WP, you will find that I am firm believer in WP's neutral point of view policy, WP:NPOV, and I work to keep the smack talk in WP college football articles to a minimum. Please feel free to respond here on your own talk page; I've placed it on my watch list.

BTW, if you ever have any questions regarding WP policy, etc., please feel free to ping me. I also invite you to become a participating member of WikiProject College Football WP:CFB.
