Speed reading link[edit]

Hi there. You replaced[1] a link on Speed reading with the edit summary "restore non-spam link". The link in question was added by 24.188.154.37 (talk · contribs), and as you can see from that IPs contributions, they have been adding that link for a while. That qualifies as spam in my books. The link doesn't have much merit on its own even without considering that it is being spammed: The content of the linked-to site is both promotional of a particular speed-reading course and contains information that asserts the truth of something that is controversial. As such, Wikipedia ought not recommend this site to our readers as a source of further information. — Saxifrage 02:40, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
