I don't think that material belongs at Cannabis in Iceland[edit]

Hello, while your enthusiasm is appreciated, the content you added has barely anything to do with the topic. Maybe instead you can write an article on the specific study you're covering, and/or an article about drug prevention in Iceland? Either could be doable, but you need to base your draft on more than just one news article, and see WP:Referencing for beginners for how to footnote.
