Those usernames were used by someone who has been blocked from editing for refusing to abide by Wikipedia's rules about using copyrighted images. Your account was created shortly after this user was blocked, and you've been editing many of the same articles, in similar ways. For these reasons, I suspect that you are the same user. You have also edited some other articles, however, so I don't want to make assumptions.

You have not been blocked yet. If you stop uploading copyrighted images without a fair use rationale, and stop inserting them into articles, then you will not be blocked, However, if you do continue this behavior, then you will be blocked permanently. You will never be allowed to edit again, and any new accounts you create will also be blocked permanently. Creating a new account to keep editing after you've been blocked is against the rules. All material is automatically copyrighted by the person who creates it. In some situations, like when an artist makes artwork for a company (like a CD cover, for instance), the artist sells the copyright to that company. Then the company owns the copyright. Usually, the only ways a work becomes non-copyrighted is if the owner of the copyright intentionally says that's it's not copyrighted anymore, or if the owner has died a long time ago.

If you create something yourself (not just making a few changes to someone else's work) then you own the copyright, and you can choose to release it to the public domain. Otherwise, if you are not certain that the owner has released it, you have to show that it's "fair use". That means that you're admitting that someone else owns the copyright, but you can explain why it's still fair to use it according to the law.

For a copyrighted image on Wikipedia to be fair use, it has to meet several criteria. It has to be something that cannot be replaced with a free (non-copyrighted) image. That's why it's fair use to use pictures of CD covers (as long as a rationale is given) since there's no way to use another picture, but it's not fair use to use a picture of a celebrity from a website or a magazine if someone else has a picture they took themself, and have decided to make free. It can also only be used in an article about the subject of a picture (for example, CD covers can only be used in articles about the CD itself) and must be low-resolution. That means that the picture has to be too small for someone to print out and use to make a fake poster or CD cover.

EVERYTHING is copyrighted, with very few exceptions. Unless you yourself took the photo, or you know that the person who did take it released the rights, then it is copyrighted. See Wikipedia:Non-free content to learn about when it's okay to use a copyrighted image (it must ALWAYS have a fair use rationale in these cases) and when it is not okay. The message above was left by a bot, not an actual person. It's programmed to leave this message on the talk page of anyone who has uploaded an image that is tagged as fair use, but is not used in an article. Because it's only a program and not a person, it cannot look at the image to see if it can be used fairly or not. In this case, I do not think that it can be used. If you want, you can go to Wikipedia:Media copyright questions and ask, since someone there might know the exact rules better than I do. If you ask there, you should write the name of the image like this: [[:Image:D&pwe.jpg]]. That way they will know what image you are asking about, but putting the : at the beginning makes it a link instead of the actual image.

You recently added images of CD covers to Crime Mob, Princess (rapper, and Diamond (rapper). While these images are tagged as fair use, they are only fair use in the articles about the CDs themselves. They are not fair use in any other articles. I'm glad that you're interested in learning how to use images properly. However, you must also stop uploading pictures that we cannot use. All of the images that you've uploaded recently are copyrighted, and only a couple of them have any possibility of being kept as fair use images (specifically, we can keep the CD covers, but only for use in the articles about the CDs). Tips for image uploads

Since you were recently blocked from editing, but are now doing the same thing you were blocked for, I want to explain to you very clearly what you need to do if you want to avoid being permanently banned.

1. Make sure that the image isn't copyrighted, or can be used under the "fair use" laws
   1. All images are copyrighted when they are created. You can only make something not copyrighted if you created it, or bought the rights from the person who created it. If an image doesn't say if it's copyrighted or not, then assume that it is.
   2. Wikipedia:Non-free content tells you what copyrighted images we can use, and which we cannot use
   3. Of the kinds of pictures you've uploaded, CD covers are fair use, but pictures of celebrities are not (because they could be replaced with something that wasn't copyrighted, if someone took their own picture of the person and decided to make it not copyrighted anymore)
2. If the image is too big, you have to make it smaller
   1. You can use an image editing program to make it smaller. Make sure it is no bigger than this image: Image:HOMCM.jpg
   2. If you cannot make the image smaller, put this in the image's description page {{Non-free reduce}} and someone will help by making it smaller for you
3. Give the image a descriptive name
   1. If the name is just a lot of numbers, it's hard to remember. Give it a name that tells a little bit about what it is.
   2. For a CD cover, you can name it the same thing as the CD name, just without spaces or punctuation
4. Provide a fair use rationale for any and all copyrighted images you upload
   1. Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline has information on this
   2. Image:Rkellychocolatefactory.jpg has an excellent fair use rationale. You can make one just like it by copying the text in the box that Spellcast left in this comment and filling in the information
   3. Image:121132.jpg has a fair use rationale that isn't as detailed, but is good enough if the previous one is too confusing.

Those are the basics of using images correctly. One more thing you should do is to type ~~~~ after comments you leave here, or on any other talk page. That will leave a signature that tells us who left the comment, and when. --Icarus ^(Hi!) 00:17, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, it is a "real" CD. That is not the issue.

Per WP:MUSIC, "...albums or songs must meet the basic criteria at the notability guidelines. In general, if the musician... is considered notable, then officially released albums may have sufficient notability.... Demos, mixtapes, bootlegs and promo-only records are in general not notable; unreleased albums may not yet be notable without substantial coverage from reliable sources."

The article does not assert notability and lacks "substantial coverage from reliable sources." That was the reason for the first deletion.

This deletion is for Speedy G4: "Recreation of deleted material. A copy, by any title, of a page deleted via a deletion discussion, provided the copy is substantially identical to the deleted version and that any changes in the recreated page do not address the reasons for which the material was deleted."

When an article is deleted, there is a reason. Putting the article back up without addressing that reason is a bad idea. If, after it's deleted this time you recreate it again, I'll move to have you (and any sockpuppet accounts) blocked.

These are not reliable sources. They have no reputation for fact-checking and accuracy and can be "published" by anyone with access to a computer. The "degree of scrutiny" exhibited by a posting on myspace is close to zero.

Final warning re copyrighted images

You have been repeatedly warned. Images from various sources on the internet are not suitable for use on wikipedia, except under very specific circumstances.

Uploading images and adding the warning to the image page yourself does not absolve you of this. In fact, it makes it fairly clear that you are aware the image in question should not be used.

Images of album covers, screen shots etc. are not acceptable under fair use for any purpose other than to specifically identify the album or video. Using them as images of the artist is specifically not allowed. If you are not sure if an image is allowable, ask about it before you upload it. Given all of the previous warnings you certainly should know this by now.

If you simply do not understand this, stop uploading images altogether.

Whether your behavior is a result of not understanding or choosing to ignore the warnings is irrelivant. Further violations will result in a longer term block.
