No such notice was visible on that page when I blocked it. Check the history, you will see that I am telling the truth. If an IP address is not marked as shared, there's simply no reason to believe that it is shared. I am sorry that I ended up blocking many more than just the vandal I meant to block but this won't happen again now that the IP address is marked appropriately. --Yamla 15:54, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
