Heights[edit]

Hi there. I just noticed that you changed around Martin Skrtel's height from metric to imperial. I was about to change it back, when i thought I'd check how a few others in the LFC team were listed for consistency's sake. Turns out it's all a muddle. As you're a much more experienced editor than I am, I was wondering whether you knew of any guidance on this issue. I'm quite happy to go through and change them all so that they're all the same, but I want to make sure I get it right. Perhaps it could be a discussion on the Liverpool page, or maybe there's a overarching football project?

Convert template[edit]

Hi - just wondering if you could use the convert template when doing your heights, at least on Aus in England players. It's this one - 6 ft 5 in (196 cm) {{convert|6|ft|5|in|cm|abbr=on}}. No obligation to, but it'd keep it in line with Aus templates then and make it easier to go imperial -> metric when they come back to Aus. Just change the cm to an m. That was a straight c&p from my page, so it's set for Aus. 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m) {{convert|6|ft|2|in|m|abbr=on}} gives you the metres. •Florrie•leave a note• 08:58, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
