I know it's annoying, but sinking down to that level doesn't help. I actually thought it would stop after the AfDs, the blockings and the protections. But if it goes on like this, re-protecting the page may be warranted. Regards, decltype (talk) 14:31, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

Pretties for you...

The Lemmy Kilmister Public Service Award for outstanding Rock'n'roll editing.

I award you this "homemade" Barnstar for your recent work on some of the articles appearing on my (ever expanding) watchlist. You do good work! Keep up the noble effort, O WikiWarrior! Best regards, Hamster Sandwich (talk) 01:42, 8 October 2009 (UTC)

Chaplin

Thanks for the compliment regarding the Charlie Chaplin filmography page. Hopefully I'm on my way to making it a featured list. Jimknut (talk) 14:29, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Thanks again for the comments. I debating as to who else needs a really good filmography. Perhaps Buster Keaton. Jimknut (talk) 21:03, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

Talkback

Hello, Lugnuts. You have new messages at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Party Dark.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

A tag has been placed on Christian Bowers, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Happysailor (Talk) 13:56, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Yes, I tagged it! Lugnuts (talk) 14:00, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Ziteitai pseftis

I would like to inform you that I am about to revise this redirect [1] of yours. I know that, in theory, you were just following the policy but there was a weird misunderstanding here. This article is about the film Ziteitai pseftis which has the title 'Liar Wanted' in English, not about the different film 'Ta kitrina gantia' ('The Yellow Gloves'). Cheers. --Omnipaedista (talk) 14:05, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Groan, attended needed. A Cambodian user decided to split 1955-1975 list and add his POV legendary to everyone of them. Might I recommend moving back or removing "legendary" and "Not yet remade" from all of his lists... Himalayan 13:44, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

This made me LOL too... Himalayan 18:50, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

Seeking 2nd opinion

I appreciated your work on In the Land of the Deaf and Nicolas Philibert. One of the links you added caused me to encounter Cinema of France. I've added a co-production subsection. Will you take a look at this modest addition? Perhaps you can see a way to tweak this brief text?

Your edits suggested how I might have done better in developing articles about documentary film-maker Irene Taylor Brodsky. Her two most prominent films are Hear and Now and The Final Inch. Perhaps you may have a constructive comment? It may be too much of a stretch, but if you're mildly curious, there are also short articles about the central figures in each documentary -- Paul Taylor (engineer) and Mohammad Gulzar Saifi. I'm a little uncertain about the notability of the Saifi article? I wonder what you think? --Tenmei (talk) 21:23, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

WP:FILMS' Tag & Assess Drive and Roll Call

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Flesh Eating Ants Records. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Flesh Eating Ants Records. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:16, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
