I am in need of assistance Jesse as this is my personal Wikipedia profile. How can I help you verify my identity. Reference to my website luistrikz.com I'm trying to upload and add new most current content. I need some assistance
Sure, Luis. Thanks for asking for help! As far as I know there isn't a way to verify one's identity as an editor on Wikipedia like there is for Twitter, but even if there were the main thing is that all substantial edits have to be cited from sources. A lot of the terms you used were non-neutral and not very encyclopedic and overly praiseful, and made it seem like it was written by a gushing fan. Go ahead and read a couple of other articles to get a feel for the preferred style of language, for example, Brad Pitt's article might say that he was voted People's sexiest man or whatever, but that's not the voice of the article saying that, it's a citation from a magazine, or there might be a quote from a film critic that mentions his good looks, but again, that's an attributable quotation. I'll definitely take a look at some of your edits and and try to incorporate the new content in a more presentable manner when I have a moment. Just so you know, I do appreciate you recognizing you needed some help in getting the article to reflect your current work rather than adding your same edits over and over again. Cheers, JesseRafe (talk) 21:37, 28 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Jesse thank you soo much I completely understand take a look at last edit and tell me what you think

Hey Luis, sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. I incorporated the information about your book into its own section and added a simpler version of your upcoming films to the end of the paragraph section of your acting career. I removed the references to where the book is available as that's not encyclopedic and the endless names of the co-stars of your upcoming features as that's distracting from the actual content. Hope this works out for you, if you need anymore wikipedia-based help, don't be afraid to let me know. Cheers, JesseRafe (talk) 17:14, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your a rock star thanks.. Just let me know how I can receive additional information for adding my recent work resume added to already exciting reference can be IMDB.COM INTERNET MOVIE DATA BASE

Glad to have been of help. To clarify, are you asking for help uploading roles onto IMDb or to bring info from your IMDb page to here? JesseRafe (talk) 18:38, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm JesseRafe. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Luis Da Silva have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Hi Luis, if this is still you on this account, please note I'm the same editor who helped you with this page a few years ago. Note that I removed your recent addition as it was clearly copied-and-pasted PR copy and not encyclopedic. That can go on your personal webpage, but not on Wikipedia. If you have any other specific changes or updates you'd like to see reflected on your page, please post them on the article's talk page as a request to edit with a link to a reliable source and an uninvolved editor can add it, per our conflict of interest (COI) guidelines.
