Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 16:04, 5 December 2009 (UTC),[reply]

Sawphobia[edit]

Hi Luke - thanks for the message you left on my talk page. Regarding the Sawphobia article, it may well be deleted as it does not provide adequate referencing and appears to be a term you've made up. Unfortunately, our articles must be verifiable using reliable sources. A Google search for "Sawphobia" only has two results; one of which is a blog (therefore not reliable) and the other is a word list (so the term isn't used in context). Can you provide sources to show its widespread use and prove it's not a term you've made up? Cheers, Fribbulus Xax (talk) 16:31, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sawphobia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references to support this being a recognised phobia, only Google hit in English is a blog.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
