There is not a single reference to this article. What is here are what are called "raw links", which either need to simply be removed, or turned into citations, if they actualy refer to an assertion in the article. Please see WP:CIT on how to format citations, and WP:CITE on how to do footnotes. I am not sure this person meets notability guidelines.
