I requested a speedy delete on the article. You have not specified what is so special about this buffet. Is it nationally known for something? I haven't heard of it, so I known that it is not state reknown (I have driven across the state to visit LaCrosse dozens of times). Is it a well-known franchise with numerous locations? If it is a LaCrosse only buffet, then it definitely shouldn't have an article in my opinion (and that has been supported by numerous "Articles for Deletion". The article is only one sentence long anyhow, and all it does is list its location and some of its menu items. It reads like a promotional piece in its current state.
