ordinals[edit]

I notice that you are removing superscripted ordinals (in accordance to the MOS). What about spelling out "1st", "2nd", etc in text, as the MOS says? Bubba73 ^{You talkin' to me?} 18:25, 28 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, sure. You're talking about WP:ORDINAL, whereas I was mainly concerned with the superscripting aspect, which can encompass "22^nd place" as much as "2^nd time" (Note that there are still another few hundred articles with superscripted ordinals to deal with). As to numbers lower than ten, that could be an issue to be treated at another juncture.
