After looking at the "Workplace Mentoring" Wikipedia page, I thought there were some good aspects to it, but there was plenty of room for improvement. The following is a list of possible ways to improve the page:

•The way the page was organized, with the different sections was a good concept but not executed well. For example, the history section isn’t really about the history of workplace mentoring, rather, it is a very brief paragraph saying the concept has grown.
•The “examples of workplace mentoring” section listens different types or categories of workplace mentoring, but no real world examples. I think real world examples would be extremely beneficial and would add depth to the page.
•The Effects section is incomplete and should not be a subtitle under history. I like the pros and cons section and maybe effects should be combined with the pros and cons?
•There should be examples of informal and formal mentoring. We should also discuss the benefits and drawbacks of both in their respective sections.
•Some definitions and explanations lack citations and need to be confirmed.
•In the first paragraph, it says mentoring can be done in two ways – informal and formal – but later on the page additionally describes relational mentoring and reverse marketing.
•The definition of workplace mentoring is taken from a training manual from Vantage Financial Consultants.
•The sources regarding the pros and cons are quite old and probably could be updated. Some pros and cons seem more like opinions and not facts.
